Philosophy
We try very hard to make quality products and never make claims that we do not  believe are true. We treat our customers and friends with respect and honesty everyone deserves.  We try not to have any more rules and regulations than necessary. We are not doing you a service by selling to you! YOU are doing us a service by buying from us. And we thank you!
 
Because shipping costs out of the country are so high, at this time we do not take orders outside the continental United States.


Privacy Policy - No information about you will be sold, rented, traded or given out to anybody. Any information you give us will only be used by us to fill your order and collect your payment. Our shopping cart is provided by PayPal and is very secure. You can feel safe using PayPal. 

Shipping & Lead Times - We try to always ship within 2 working days of receiving your order. Our soaps and other products are made in small batches to insure that you receive everything new and fresh. Sometimes it may be necessary to "make" your order. If we take longer than 2 days to ship, you will be notified. In the event we have discontinued a product we may suggest a substitute, but will never substitute without your permission. 

Damaged Shipments - We are sorry, but our products cannot returned for a refund unless damaged through the fault of Silky Soft Soaps. We always package your order carefully so you will receive it in good condition. From personal experience we know how  frustrating it is to receive a damaged package. You must follow the carriers guidelines for reporting damage and or lost goods. Shortage or damage must be reported to the carrier and Silky Soft Soaps within 3 days of receipt of product.

We always ship by Priority Mail. Yes, there are cheaper ways, but priority mail never sits in a hot or freezing warehouse and gets to you in just a few days. In our 8 years of business we have only had one shipment lost and it showed up about two weeks later!

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than mistakes caused by order discrepancies. Refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to the shipping costs. Of course, if it is our mistake, none of this matters!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING SHIPPING CHARGES - NO HANDLING CHARGES!

We charge the lowest shipping charges possible and will find the best, lowest price shipping on orders over 7 pounds.On orders under 7 pounds we have found priority mail the best and cheapest.
Discrepancies - Please call us immediately if you find any mistakes with your order. If we do not hear from you within 1 week of shipping we will assume that your order was filled accurately. 

Payment Options - Ordering on line is through PAYPAL. By using PayPal you are assured of a private and secure on line banking system. PayPal gives you your choice of using major credit cards or writing a check. There is NO CHARGE to join PayPal. You do not have to join inorder to pay through PayPal. Use it as a very secure site to pay with Credit Cards or E-check.  

We gladly accept your check or money order for orders received by phone, email, or mail.  Call 918 - 782-7049 to place an order. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D. orders at this time.
